Hey everyone 👋
We often talk about careers and job-seeking advice — but there’s one topic we have to mention: Fake jobs and scammers.
Lately, we’ve seen a rise in people pretending to be reputable recruiters or agencies, reaching out through email, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms with fake job offers.
If you ever get a message like that, please know — it’s not from us. These scams are designed to trick jobseekers into sharing personal information or even sending money. We take this seriously and want to help you spot and avoid them.

🔍 What’s Going On
Recruitment scams are becoming increasingly common. Scammers copy real company names, logos, and even team members’ names to make their messages look legitimate.
⚠️ How to Spot a Scam
🚩 Unsolicited messages on WhatsApp or Instagram: If someone messages you “out of the blue” about a job and claims they found your CV online, pause before replying.
🚩 Requests for payment: No legitimate recruiter will ever ask you to pay to get a job.✅ Optimyze1 will never ask for payment at any stage of the recruitment process.
🚩 Weird email addresses: All our emails come from @optimyze1.com. Anything from Gmail, Outlook, or similar is not us.
🚩 Too-good-to-be-true offers: Instant jobs, huge salaries, no interview — if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
🚩 Poor grammar or rushed communication: Our team takes care with communication. Scammers usually don’t.
🚩 Pressure to act fast: Creating urgency is a common trick. Real recruiters will always give you time to review and respond.
