Optimyze1 was built by people who have spent their careers hiring and scaling teams inside high-growth technology companies.
Experience spans both in-house and executive search environments, hiring commercial and technical talent across global markets in fast-moving organisations where the quality of hiring decisions directly impacts growth.
Over time, a consistent pattern emerged: traditional agency and RPO models often become reactive in fast-scaling environments, struggling to keep pace with the speed and complexity of hiring needs.
Optimyze1 was built to operate differently.
Instead of optimising for volume and activity, the focus is on improving hiring signal — helping teams make better decisions faster, with stronger candidate quality and sharper alignment to what “good” looks like inside high-growth companies.
That means less noise, better judgement, and a more direct path to high-impact hires.

Magda began her career in the legal field, working at law firms in Singapore and London before transitioning into Executive Search. Over several years, she built and scaled C-Level teams for ad-technology, advertising, fintech, payments, and digital media companies, specializing in operations, sales, and marketing leadership roles. She has also worked as an in-house recruiter for renowned companies like InVision, META, and Zoom, where she helped scale global teams across sales, marketing, leadership, sales engineering, and operations.
With experience hiring across EMEA, APAC, North America, Emerging Markets, and the Nordics, Magda brings a truly global mindset, having lived and worked in cities like Moscow, Singapore, London, Berlin, and Barcelona. In addition to her recruiting expertise, she is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion and offers Professional Coaching in Executive, Team, and Leadership Development.
